Hey guy, honest question requesting an honest answer. You certainly look like you have the body type that favors the leaner side genetically? Yes? If so, don’t you think your recommendations are easier said then done for the not so genetically lean types? What else do you have to offer?

@jojabean10 That’s a lot of training bro. If it’s working for you, that’s great, but don’t over-do it. Believe it or not, the best way to stimulate your metabolism is to eat more frequently and get lots of sleep. Your metabolism is like a fire, keep feeding it and it will keep burning, if you let it burn down, it will slow. Know what I mean? Sleep is crucial because your best muscle recovery occurs when you sleep. And the better rested you are, the better your workouts will be.
