NOT diet pills! I just want some additional vitamins to assist in my weight loss and health goals.

Should I look into vitamin B? And what form? And how can fish oils, and omega’s help?

Hi Everybody!

I am asking anyone, although I appreciate the input from the ladies since I am one:

I’m looking for a fat-burning/weight loss-esque supplement. Not anything unhealthy or that makes you jittery. More herbal and helpful.

I work a sedentary job and live in LA! With 2-3 hours of commute time EVERY DAY exercise is possible, but I could use an energy boost and a little extra help.

I am in no way looking for some man-made chemical but rather a mixture of something natural?

I am a 300 lb., 27 yr. old male, looking for supplements for weight loss that I can take. I will also be exercising and eating better. I was just wondering if any help can be found for possible hunger management, or possible thermogenic.

I’ve been searching for some time now for a good health supplement that I can use to aid me in my weight loss. I have already changed my diet, and began exercising, but I know from friends that health/diet supplements do help you lose weight only if you exercise and eat well. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!!
