If I check out a nutrition label it will sometimes have saturated fats and the good fats such as poly and mono fats. When the top of the label just says "total Fat" does that mean it’s including all the fats total of poly, mono, and saturated? Or is there such a thing of just plain Fat being different from saturated, mono, and poly fats??
