Hello, the reason I uploaded this now is because there are alot of people who play GTA SA multiplayer even though GTA 4 is out. Just because GTA 4 is released, does NOT mean people are going to stop playing GTA San Andreas. Not all of us are game whores. When we love a game, we keep on playing it. In my opinion, GTA SA is still better than GTA 4. I think Rockstar games did an awesome job with GTA SA and it is a classic game. There are still alot of people who play GTA SA/GTA SAMP! A good method on obtaining a bulletproof/fireproof/explosionproof/damageproof forelli excess car on the mission(rough justice). Note this will work on the PSP and PS2. During the video I mention a “red arrow”. If there is a red arrow above the car when it is in the water after you killed all of the forelli guys then you have to restart the mission. I wasn’t very clear about this so now you know. “A very important notice” DO NOT USE this car in any race missions because that will remove the invincibility protection of the car for good so it will be normal again. This notice applies to all ARMOURED VEHICLES so you have been warned. Sorry people there is no cheat to spawn this type of car. If you find it impossible you can only keep trying.
