Open Aptbackup, tap the backup button Open iTunes and sync your iPhone/iPod Touch Its that simple, now the next time you restore or update firmwares you have your cydia apps backed up in iTunes. Now only restore using Aptbackup if you need to. If you restored, then you will need to jailbreak again, now download and install Aptbackup. Now open Aptbackup and just hit the restore button. This will take several minutes and a reboot will follow. Now you have all your jailbroken apps back on your iPhone, you can go ahead and sync itunes to get your regular apps back.
