in this video i will show you how to reformat your computer, you may do this because you have spyware or your computer is just gradually getting slower, a computer shop or a technician would charge for this. the product key is sometimes displayed on -the CD/CD case -the side of your computer on a sticker -or if all else fails, open the CD in windows explorer and open the UNNATEND file, you should find the product key at the bottom of the text file if you cant boot from the cd (if nothing shows up when you restart): 1. when your computer starts up: press the button it says to go into setup/ BIOS (normally DELETE or one of the F 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 12 keys) 2. normally under the advanced tab, change boot priority 1 to CD/ DVD drive. now restart your computer and everything should be fine. hope this helped
