She is a breast cancer patient stage1,and 32 years. She has received total mastectomy ( of the right breast) and chemotherapy. This patient is worried about her illness and she would like to prevent or control her illness.
I want to know how can I advice her for how much of Fiber consumtion that she need and which kind of food is best for her health?

I have bad acne and have used pretty much every acne medicine possible (Proactiv, Neutrogina, Clearisil etc.) and none of it has really worked. I’m already exercising, eating healthy, drinking plenty of water and I have cut down on my smoking. What are other good natural ways to get rid of acne?

I used to be very overweight. Since then, I’ve lost a lot of weight and am at a healthy number on the scales, as well as living a healthy lifestyle, but my stretch marks from then are causing me a lot of shame and embarrassment. I wear VERY conservative clothes, even in the summer, for this reason, even though I’d sometimes rather not.

People, when they see them, think that I’ve had a kid or am pregnant, which I’m not and never have been. What’s the best way to remedy this?

I’m in seventh grade and I look really good with straightened hair, but I don’t have a quick way to because my straighteners don’t work work very well, and I have REALLY thick hair. I hate sprays and stuff like that. What’s the best way and/or staightener to use.
I also do it in 5 sections, so if you say to do it in sections, I do it all the time.
