I don’t want to pay my dentist to whiten my teeth, but I also don’t want to buy something from the store that won’t work anyway.

Okay, so I was just using those Aquafresh Whitening Trays and I only kept them on for like 20 min instead of 30 because my gums were starting to hurt. I took them out and rinsed… and my gums are WHITE where it was hurting. What the HELL?!

It doesn’t really hurt anymore, it’s just weird and I’m worried something else might be wrong… does anyone know what happened and why my gums look like this? Will the color come back eventually???

should you brush your teeth before or after using a teeth whitening tray? for example, a crest or aquafresh, or cvs/rite aid brand.
