I read that people who suffer from anxiety and depression showed that their liver and body could benefit from being detoxified. One person was able to get off of her medication and no longer suffers with anxiety. Medications have to many side effects. Help!!!

Dictation becomes a legal document when transcribed and can be used as evidence. Doctor completely misrepresented me in the last two transcripts. Not sure how I should handle this. Any suggestions?
