This is ridiculous, I’m only 22 and it feels like a strained my back, but I don’t remember hurting it. Over the counter pain meds haven’t helped, and I’ve tried ice packs, and rest, but it’s not going away.
Yes, I should go to the doctor, but I don’t have an extra 0 for the visit, and another 0 for the x ray. It does feel better now, so I’ll just keep on taking it easy.
My aunt overdosed on acetominophen, and has the symptoms of liver failure. However, she is complaining that she has terrible stabbing back pain in her middle back as well. She is going to the emergency room, but does anyone know if these two things are related?

Since I was about sixteen my lower back has hurt me. I always twisted my back to ease the pain for a while but now Im twenty three and feel like Im eighty. I have been to a chiropractor but that becomes very exspensive. I have knots in the lowest part of my back on both the right and left side. Any good ideas besides ice and heat? Hopefully something that will last for ever.
Its pretty intense, the pain in the lower back and mid back area, hurts way inside when I bend or lie down, or breath deeply. Its not muscular it feels deeper and different to muscle pain. Has anyone any thoughts to what it might be please. Help
The past week I have been working a temp job, filing a lot of paper work into folders, and rearranging the files into chronological order but my back has been hurting.
I’m althletic, and my previous jobs have been moving around, standing all day, and far from repitious. I don’t even have this much pain after a 3 hour martial arts workout.
I’ve been stretching every hour and do not wan to keep popping pain killers. What else could I do to lower the pain?
The dress environment is business casual so I am not allowed to wear sneakers, but I do not have to wear heals. I have been wearing casual shoes with dress socks.
Thanks in advance
My upper neck and lower back are always very sore, I use heating pads and pain relievers but I want to try a more natural relaxing and stretching way to relieve some of the pain while I save up for a breast reduction..Any good ideas?
