It’s not specifically pain, I just have a recurring dull ache, and I don’t think that my sleeping position helps with it much. Is there one which is more partial to easing tension in my lower back?

Is colorless urine and lower back pain any cause for alarm?
I had a back spasm (intense pain in my lower back) a couple days ago, but it faded after a night’s sleep. Today I’ve had this dull, minor pain in my lower back that’s just kind of there, not increasing or becoming any sort of annoyance. My urine has also been colorless, which is weird since I haven’t been drinking fluids any more than usual. Is there something wrong?
I have several injuries. A couple of herinated discs in the lower back and one in my neck and Scoliosis in the upper back where my lungs are. Right now, I have tried several types of meds but it does not seem to do much. The ones that help increase my pain twice as much as I start with so I had to get off them. All I’m asking is for a recommend brand or name of over-the-counter meds I can take.
By the way, the reason I’m asking for OTC vs. other prescription drugs is because I have taken almost all different types. My doctor even told me to get off heavy prescription or he was going to send me to rehab.
How do I get rid of back pain and why do I have it?
Just a few hours ago my back starting hurting very badly. I’m 15 yrs old, I haven’t done any extreme athletic activities, or anything unusual. It mostly hurts at the top of my back but I guess you could say it’s pain all over. If it makes any difference I’ve been sick the last 2 days. Just with a runny nose and sore throat…
Also, it hurts the most when I breathe in deeply.
What are some good exercises to help with back pain between the shoulder blades?
I’ve had pain off and on in the area of my middle upper back between my shoulder blades for a while now…what are the best exercises to do to help strengthen that area of the back to make it less susceptible to repeat injury? Part of the problem I think is the fact that I’ve been told I have some scoliosis in my spine which must make me favour a certain side during cardio/lifting, causing the pain.
I’m pretty sure i have collapsed arches (something genetic) and i started feeling pain in my knees and lower back pain for several years (20 now). I also think it’s partly due to bad posture, because i spend 4-5 hours at computer.
I started doing exercises since april and decreased the time spent on computer and it’s been useful. Should i ask a doctor before trying one of those plantars?
Any tips appreciated!
How many advil should I take for lower back pain?
Im a 16 year old football player and I have a game tomorow. My back has been bothering me and I have been told from a trainer that it is a strain. I want to the maxim amount I could take between now (8) and 3 tomorow which would best give me pain relief for the game.
I’m experiencing lower back pain, but it’s not consistent. When I say "lower", I mean at the very end of my back bone. Most of the time it occurs after waking up and sometimes when I walk. I know I can’t be diagnosed here, but I just thought maybe someone could share any similar experiences.
Thanks.
Sometimes while walking, when my feet hit the pavement, I’ll feel this pain. It’s not a sharp pain and not excruciating either, but it does bother me in certain positions.
