I am 27 years old and am starting to notice little changes in my skin, especially my face. I want to start now while I am still young. Any help would be appreciated.
I am fair skinned, so staying out of the sun is something I already do, if I do go out in the sun (love the beach) I use sunblock and an umbrella!
