@blizzardtyrant no you dont, go to the gps and go to gps data and in the options choose integrated gps and not the network one. hope that helped : )

I had this phone and I changed it for the E63 with free bluetooth gps adapter because the E71 keeps heating up . If you on a voice call for only a few mins it burns the ear. The Nokia phones that use metallic casing all heat up.
