Your amazing! ahah. I’m young, but i like to be healthy. so the other day i started doing this exersize in the morning. And i do four of your four minute workouts before bed. And i do some situps, and jumpingjacks. But what i’m trying to get to is, that this is an AMAZING short workout. Thankyou SO much for uploading. <3
(my legs are hurting cause these work so well. Ahha)

So. This is to be done everyday? I’ve been doing this everyday for about a week, and 2 runthroughs usually take me a 1/2 hour to do (and really makes me break into a sweat that lasts even after a shower :P). I was also told by a weight lifting friend that workouts like these should be like 4 days a week, and the other 3 days you wind up doing something to surprise your muscles like a day of pushups and crunches only. How do you feel about it, Genghis?

@tigasnake I think you should change up your routine for a couple reasons… your muscles will get used to the exercise AND your mind will get bored. I would never do a day of just pushups & crunches, because for me that would be boring. I’m being 100% honest when I say I’ve NEVER done the same routine twice. Most days, because the weather is awesome, I’ll just run or go hiking or play frisbee in the park. The point is to work a sweat for 20-30 minutes 5x a week and to be active everyday.

@humanity1411 This type of exercise will promote toned muscles and overall strength, but won’t give you bulk. As a woman (which I assume you are from the nature of your question), building “bulky” muscles would be more difficult for you unless you are genetically predisposed to building larger muscles.
