Mazda CX-9 Review – Kelley Blue Book
FOR PRICING & SPECS ON THIS CAR VISIT: www.kbb.com Mazda CX-9. SUVs and sports cars serve very different purposes. One carries people and payload in a roomy, comfortable package; the other delivers a visceral driving experience. You might think trying to combine these traits into one vehicle would be an exercise in futility but thats exactly what Mazda has attempted with the CX-9. Welcome to our comprehensive Kelley Blue Book review of the Mazda CX-9. Mazda is known for infusing a sports car spirit into its lineup. Doing so with a seven-passenger crossover SUV, without sacrificing most of its usability is a tall order. Yet, the CX-9 largely succeeds in balancing these seemingly contrary goals. You will love this suv. It is the best looking in its class hands down. I find myself looking at it as I drive by windows. The drive is fast like a sports car but the brakes are amazing. Sitting up in the car makes the difference. Looking out the window is like seeing through a huge bay window, similar to the older MPV’s. GO GET IT!

Unfortuantley couldn’t get up a grass hill or barely handle a trip to the snow. No diffs and awd system is terrible. Took one to the snow had a small dump and it slipped all the way down the road nearly running of the road.

i personally dont think so, not good enough mileage
libetta on January 15, 2010 at 12:54 am
both have 3.5 liter engines. how about performance, comfort and features?
XAVIXguy on January 16, 2010 at 3:16 am
mazda has better performance, but the murano has more features i think
mrlim282 on February 1, 2010 at 6:40 pm
I would recommend the CX-9 over the Murano. The Murano is much more money. I test drove both and ended up with the CX-9 for price and balance of room, comfort, and performance.
0123kid on March 18, 2010 at 10:11 pm
This looks like a mini van.
Murano and RDX over this SUV
deejaylsd on May 29, 2010 at 4:27 pm
The CX-9 has a V6 3.7liters engine

i dont liked , its ugly
Draygonia on June 2, 2010 at 3:10 am
@lucasfan18 Sounds pretty irrelevant to the review since the video says it is for smooth dirt roads at best.
lucasfan18 on June 2, 2010 at 3:22 am
@Draygonia , whats irrelevant, pretty sure these vehicles are designed for soft roading which is what i implied, it couldnt even get me out of the ski village parking lot and i’m pretty sure it was supposed to be able to handle that.
