If running outside hurts your joints, try running inside on a treadmill or outside on a dirt path. It definitely is easier on the body. How heavy do you think i need to be 2 get a 6 pack. At he min i am 5ft 8, 12 stone with a body fat of 20% but im losing 3lb a week . some 1 told me my body fat % needs to be between 8%-12%. Is that right because the would mean i need to lose another 3 stone
