The Casio G’zOne Commando is not just another rugged phone. It’s an Android smartphone with a decent 800 MHz processor, a 5 MP autofocus camera, and 3G Hot Spot capabilities. Casio has a good reputation for making very durable rugged phones and the Commando is no different. I put it through several rugged tests to see how it would hold up. Check out the results in part one of this review. Most people may assume that the Commando is simply for people who work outside or are rough on their phone, but it seems to be best suited for those who travel a lot of spend a lot of time outdoors. If you’re the kind of person that goes camping on every available ocassion, considers themselves a world traveler, or enjoys an active lifestyle, the Commando is the perfect phone for you. I have a digital camera at the moment ( http://www.cameras.co.uk/reviews/fuji-finepix-s8000fd.cfm ), i’ve had it since christmas time. I’ve started to take photography much more seriously than I ever intended to, so i’m wondering is an SLR really worth buying or should I just stick with what I have?

I don’t really use my camera for anything professional, just taking pictures of stuff and experimenting with angles, etc.

PhoneArena reviews the Casio G’zOne Commando. Over the years, Casio has been known for producing rugged Push-to-Talk phones for Verizon Wireless, from the Type-V and Type-S to the Boulder, Rock, Brigade, and Ravine. But this time around Casio brings to the table something different, the G’zOne Commando — a rugged Android smartphone… For more details, check out our web site: www.phonearena.com

Please do not send me links before you look up the product.

It’s called a CyberPix Digital Camera Kit.

It comes with 3 interchangeable face plates and can take up to 117 pictures at a time.

I looked for it on the kb toys site, where i bought it, and it was not there….

thanks for your help.
