I enjoy running. When I run every other day, my knees ache. I understand this is most likely runners knee, but are there any herbs or extracts that may help soothe the pain?

I just wanted to know if anyone has heard of HGH (Human Growth
Hormone) It is supposed to help you lose weight . Also, help with anti-aging. I have bought this product called Naturally HGH. Has anyone had results, and If so how long did it take.

I want to finish up my bachelors degree online as I have a fulltime job and a family to care for. I live in Westchester, Ny and would like to find a college that has an actual campus and offers online degrees. I would also like to know which type of degree is better respected by employers…a B.S or a B.B.A. I am going for a bachelors in Marketing and was offered a B.B.A degree with a focus in Marketing. Is that similar to a B.S in Marketing….any advice?

I just found out I was pregnant yesterday. I want to take vitamin supplements because I have had two miscarriages in the past. I know that I have low iron (anemia), but I also have excessive protein in my body which is has become a health concern for my doctors. I am being worked up for that but I just found out that I was pregnant. I want to take iron supplements for my anemia, but what else can I take that will not intefere with my health woes? Is centrum good?
