I am going to be starting my post-preggers diet soon and wanted to know what abouts should I do about keeping my metabolism going. I have a very hyper and ready to go,go,go three year old and with the poor new fussy-gassy-up all night baby, i am very exhausted and need something to help me keep me going. I don’t want to get mad or upset with the kids because im tired, so… any advice would be greatly appreciated.
i want to get my associates degree online in either physical education, exercise science, kinesiology, or something fitness related ( i want to be a personal trainer) i need somewhere that is completely online, accredited, and 100% legit, any ideas?

I recently moved to US and wants to know what the best fashion magazine is for a young adult like me. I am 23, so really cannot relate to cosmogirl or seventeen anymore. I love to dress up and follow fashion trends. I want to subscribe to a magazine where I can find the hottest hairstyle, or latest fashion on clothes, shoes or bags. I am looking for a more mature version of seventeen/cosmogirl.
I need to stay on a low carb diet since I have candida, but I always end up getting horrible cravings and I feel very anxious on a diet that consists mostly of meats and low carb vegetables. So far, I’ve only been able to stay on the diet for ten days. Do the cravings ever completely subside? How can I feel satisfied on such a restricted diet and not feel so edgy all of the time?
I realize that I use to be 20 years old and that a lot of my depression is real life. But, now everything gets to me. I worry over everything. My husband had a heart attack and now I am scared to death of losing him. I mean it was two years ago. My brother has recently died. He was a great guy. That is the second brother that has died. Our baby brother died or was killed on a motorcycle in 1975. My Mother , my best friend, died in 1981. That is one death that I have never gotten over. I never will. She was really something. There was 8 of us. She kept all of us together through every thing, and then we lose her at the age of 54. That is my age now. My Mom helped me through everything. She never seemed depressed. I seem to be depressed all of the time. I thought that anti depressants were suppose to make you or help you to be happy. I heard that they would make you more out going, happy, laughing a lot. You know, things like that. You know how a certain pain pill can make you have a better out look on life. What is in those things that make you feel so much better. I know that it seems like I have one question after another, but I really want to know what anti depressant to take to get me to do my housework again. To get back to my big time sewing again. I really love to sew. I use to make all of my clothes and now I have grand daughters, and I want to sew for them, and to sew for my home. For my husband. I have always wanted to sew to make money. What are the best anti depressants. Please pray with me,( I know that is the first anti depressant is prayer, and then the second one is to rebuke Satan.) and pray for me and for my sweet husband. Pray that I will be able to turn my sewing talent that God gave me into a home business.

I am 14 years old and when I do crunches I get a pain in my lower back. Is that normal? Anything I can do to resolve it?
