so not fair, i’m 35 and worked out for 15 years but i still can’t get to that level. would you think about doing vid on your chest workouts. i would be interested to see that.

Agree, chest workout needed. I been lifting for nine years and don’t look like that in a tank top.

Dude, Thanks for that. I’m definitely going to work that in. Usually I do alternating front and lateral raises in the same set, and then a differnt shoulder press separately. I think yours is going to kill.

This video is a great shoulder routine for your lateral delts and front delts. I have several other routines I use to work my rear delts. I use bent over flies, face pulls, and rows to face to develop my rear delts.
