Your Taco “meat” is BANGIN!!!!! i love it. also i was SO glad you added a bit to your new book about Kimchi because i can’t live without it, but i didn’t know how it fell on the rawness scale.
I work at a Barnes and Noble and i have been talking up you book to anyone who seems receptive! i hope you sell a zillion copies!

Now I have to get this book too! (I have one of your other books and use it everyday for the recipes I haven’t memorized, lol).
What kind of corn do you use for raw recipes?

This looks so good! I’m so drawn to raw foods, and it’s all I want to eat, but I have an italian meat eating boyfriend and two small children. I wonder if it would be too expensive to make separate meals for myself.

I have recently discovered raw food and I had to make this as soon as I saw the video. It was so good! Tasted like a cool, crunchy, (and very healthy!) chili. Delicious!
