Double crunch is a lot easier to do it you sit on the edge of ur bed or something instead of doing in on a flat ground. Like in Never Back Down. It works the same (i’m pretty sure), and it’s a lot easier.

Well.. i dont see any 6 pack abs, but i think i got a 6 pack on my neck, thats the part that got the most workout..

@elixesevol yeah, your neck does not have that great of muscle, i did this work out for 2 months already 3 times a day, and it doesnt hurt anymore, 1st week it did though, i was complaining too

@Time2Wak3 you’re actually worsening your abs. By never letting them rest, your muscle keeps tearing, but instead of filling with the new protein to then strengthen your muscle, it just keeps tearing and tearing and never seals over to make a stronger muscle, so you’re actually getting worse.

Wow,I’m a 12 year old girl,I’m skinny,healthy and have a balanced diet.I’m trying to get my to show threw ALL THE WAY,I have some of a six pack but I want to have a complete flat stomach and make my six pack show threw more.How can you get a flat stomach ???

Keep eating healthy and maybe do some jogging or biking. I just started working out my abs a few weeks ago (I’m 15) and even before that, my stomache was basically flat because I do a lot of running.

@mj295 it hurts Because these bad Excercises are Training your Neck as much as your Middle Abs + Some Obliques. I have Practiced Bodybuilding for some time And I can Give Free Advice that Building up your Middle Torso is not Going to Give u a Better Look. Even with the low Fat it is Overdeveloped area as it is. Try Girya / Kettlebell training if u want your Abs to Show and Stronger and Leaner Physique ( Free Advice if any1 is man enough to Listen =) ) .

@NatWolffTV Carefull, working out too much can hinder your growth, run or swim for awhile, until you stop growing, then work out.

My lower back kills me during ex 4, is there something I’m doing wrong? I could do it anyway, but back problems do not tempt me in the least, any med student out here?
