Hey, will skipping work ? Thanks it was pretty helpfull i only did sit-ups and nothing else =D
tonygunshow19 on February 19, 2010 at 1:47 am
skipping targets the hip flexors which helps with the supposed “lower ab” area. any time u can change up exercise routines to target the same area will help.

hi my name is kennon im 13 and dont u have to flex your abs while doing it to make it work better and what all should i eat a day like how many calories
tonygunshow19 on February 25, 2010 at 6:13 am
you dont “have” to flex while doing it, but you can. to be honest there are just tons of different ab routines and exercises out there. all im trying to do is show a very simple plan that just works. as for how many calories, depends on your height, build and exercise schedule.

Ok im 154 pounds 16 and 177.8 centimeters (5 foot 10) big so what do you reccomend i eat and drink and with your excercises and more how long will it take?
tonygunshow19 on March 5, 2010 at 5:07 am
well being 16, your metabolism is definitely higher. what i highly recommend is staying consistent with eating right and exercising consistently otherwise it hits you quick after 18. as for how long it takes to get a 6 pack, it depends on your bmi as in if your skin or bones, got muscle, etc. lots of skinny guys show 6 packs but really everyones got one with no fat. do these exercises after you run and eat right, id guesstimate 3 months.

bigpurpledinosaurluv on April 20, 2010 at 10:25 pm
if you do these everyday, how long would it take to see results ?
tonygunshow19 on April 22, 2010 at 6:11 am
@bigpurpledinosaurluv , all depends on your diet and how much cardio you do. send me a message about more specifics and i could give u a rough guesstimate
bigpurpledinosaurluv on April 23, 2010 at 8:55 pm
okayy, i will tomorroww.

This is a good hard abs workout, most people could never do this though if they are starting out. Well done on pointing out that you cant have a six pack without losing nearly all bodyfat. Too many fat dudes spend all day doing crunches thinking it will shrink their beer-belly and give them a six pack.
runnybabbit12 on May 3, 2010 at 9:28 pm
@bigpurpledinosaurluv i’m guessing about a month to see results like 6 months to get desired effect

can i do this with resting like 4 example i hit to 25 situps then rest for a second and then continue? is that ok? i dont wanna end up like that uneven abs
badger010594 on May 5, 2010 at 10:10 pm
im 16 and do regular light exercise. i have a stable diet and im preety much perfect weight but with barely any muscle. how long will it take for a six pack and do you have any more tips.
if you can help i will appreciate it lots
thanks
tonygunshow19 on May 17, 2010 at 6:07 am
@badger010594 , everyone has a 6 pack. the 2 things to make it more visible are being really skinny or making your ab muscles larger. my best tip is to do this workout with proper dieting and running
tonygunshow19 on May 17, 2010 at 6:08 am
@1ngjoxsh , i think most people could achieve this workout within 2 weeks if they were any bit serious about it
GrandMasterKakashi31 on May 19, 2010 at 12:04 am
Easy said then done. Sounds like a good workout if I weren’t too lazy about it.
suckitdx5 on May 27, 2010 at 1:03 am
i use to be a fat slob could barely to 20 situps now i do 100 daily just for the physical fitness
