tuna steak with veggys
and prunes, dates and apples.
i mixed variety of fish aswell.

This is great man thanks for the e-mail. Also remember to let everyone know that calories are good but if u have a slower metabolism be sure to mention that they dont go on a low calorie diet and end up all skin and bones ha. And so they dont end up all short and stuff :P but overall loved the vid everything is true and yeah im a student in middle school going into high school so the snacks is what I usually have to have :D

was all good information but its all pretty much common sense.. you need to put some good ab routines in there.. I got my 6 pack and i pretty much just eat whatever. i just workout all day long though..
